Payment methods

We accept secure payments for local customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not except cash at this time.

Laybuy and Afterpay: We are very excited to announce that we now have Laybuy and Afterpay available as alternative options for payment (Laybuy for New Zealand and Afterpay for New Zealand and Australia customers). For more information on these service, please contact us.

Returns

Refunds (for damages and issues): We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues: We want to make sure you are happy with your taonga. If your item is damaged upon delivery or something else please contact us via email at calebtekotiri@gmail.com or private message us on Facebook and Instagram.

Shipping

Tāmaki Makaurau - Auckland $6.00 NZD
Tāmaki Makaurau - Auckland (rural address): $12.00 NZD
Te Ika-a-Māui - North Island (outside of Auckland): $12.00 NZD
Te Ika-a-Māui - North Island (outside of Auckland rural address): $15.00 NZD
Te Waipounamu - South Island: $14.00 NZD
Te Waipounamu - South Island (rural address): $20.00 NZD 

Shipping is currently a set rate of $35.00 NZD for all states in Australia. 

We will aim to ship your package between 1-2 working days after your order is placed (excluding weekends). Overnight shipping is then organised via NZ Post. 

We will aim to ship your package between 1-2 working days after your order is placed (excluding weekends). However, delivery from New Zealand to your door can be anywhere between 10-20 working days. We will keep you updated along the way.

Unfortunately, we only ship domestically in New Zealand and to Australia at this stage. We will keep you updated if this changes. 

No pickup available at this stage unless organised privately.
